Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and customs clearance procedures.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 6-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8-15 business days
  • Middle East: 8-15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10-25 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
